2. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Malaysia. Orders must be placed with a valid Malaysian address to be processed.
We deliver to all states and territories in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
Please note that we do not ship internationally. Orders placed from outside Malaysia will not be fulfilled and will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
3. Shipping Charges
We are proud to provide free shipping for all Orders made through our online store, regardless of the Order value, location within Malaysia, or number of items purchased.
There are no hidden charges, handling fees, or minimum order requirements.
4. Processing and Delivery Time
Once your Order has been placed and payment is successfully completed, we will begin processing it within 1–2 business days.
After your Order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is within 7 business days. This includes handling, packing, courier collection, and final delivery to your address.

- Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
